Behind the name is me, Lynette, a science-based, degree-qualified naturopath based in the beautiful coastal town of Port Lincoln, South Australia. My passion for naturopathy was born from personal experience and a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when supported with the right tools and environment.

Chasing my dreams in my 40s, I began studying naturopathy after facing multiple health issues in my children when they were young including allergies, inflammation and eczema. Through this experience, I discovered the power of holistic health, an approach that treats the whole person rather than just the symptoms.

At Lynette Boud Naturopathy, I take the time to truly understand your story. Every symptom your body presents is a message, a clue that guides us toward the underlying root cause. I work with you to interpret these signs, empower your healing, and implement practical, long-term strategies for relief, resilience, and restoration.
